Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at support@theturtlecove.shop within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item in question.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out to us right away at support@theturtlecove.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final unless the product is defective or damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or beverages)
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
